Free Domestic Shipping
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Limited shipping is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. (See below for shipping restrictions and more information.)
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
- Orders placed before 1:00 pm CST will be fulfilled the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST will be fulfilled the following day.
Our Verruca-Freeze® canisters are pressurized aerosols, which are considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders containing Hazardous Materials will be shipped via UPS Ground and cannot be expedited or shipped overnight.
State Restrictions (AK, HI, PR, USVI)
As stated above, we are unable to ship Hazardous Materials to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories. For customers located in Alaska or Hawaii, please order all kits and replacement canisters from the appropriate distributor below. We can only fulfill orders containing accessories only. If an order is received with a shipping address located in a restricted state and contains a Hazardous Material, that order will be cancelled and refunded.

Alternatively, if you have a freight forwarder that you work with, we can offer shipping to the forwarder. Please note that you will be responsible for all transport coordination and costs beyond this point.
We ship all orders containing Hazardous Materials via UPS Ground, and UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes serviced by USPS. If an order is received with a PO Box shipping address and contains a Hazardous Material, that order will be placed on hold and a customer service representative will be in contact for an alternative address. We can only ship orders containing accessories only to a PO Box.
Due to the shipping restrictions mentioned above, all orders containing kits and replacement canisters are shipped via UPS Ground, and we are unable to offer expedited or overnight shipping. All orders containing accessories only are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
The average shipping time within the contiguous United States is approximately 1-5 business days.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once the package leaves our facility, it is no longer under our control. Delivery issues such as late or lost packages must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
All orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and/or other record of the damage and contact us immediately. We will contact the shipping carrier to process an insurance claim on your behalf and replace the damaged goods. Photos of the damage may be required to process your insurance claim and recovery may not be available without this record.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you have a freight forwarder that you work with, we can offer shipping to the forwarder. Please note that you will be responsible for all transport coordination and costs beyond this point.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for any products purchased on our website or through a distributor. See Return Policy for more information.
