All Sales Final Policy
All sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for any products purchased on our website or through a distributor.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Any order changes or cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes. Please call our customer service department at (615) 354-0414 to make a change or cancellation request. If applicable, you will receive a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CryoSurgery, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, CryoSurgery, Inc. will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.
Defective Products and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we will make it right by:
- Sending you replacement parts or accessories, or
- Replacing the entire product
- And we will cover the cost of any return shipping.
